Weird new feeling I have?

I've never really had this feeling. It's almost tugging in my stomach. It's happy, but guilty, and almost wanting. I think it is sort of sexual. I have this weird new small sexual obsession in this past hour. What is this called? (ps. I'm 13, and got period at 10, never have felt this way, i was an early bloomer except for the sexual obsession that most people have even without puberty, do you think this just came to me? and how do i clean my vagina? its pretty ugly. i think i messed some of the skin around it up, its hairy, bloody (on period, could that explain this feeling maybe) and i used to use toilet paper instead of pads, and i keep on pads for about 7 hours not 2, might be the ugly vagina part) (pps i know my typing and grammar, and puncuation is bad). (ppps: can you help me with this feeling/explain it? its new)
