What do you make of this dream?

last night i broke up with my girlfriend. the same night i had a dream about this other girl i like alot. like i cant get her out of my mind at all alot. the dream was me fighting this kid who likes her too and as every blow was landed she would get older and older until she became a white rose bush when the fight was over and i came out victorious of course. this dream frightens me more than my other dreams and ive been having poetic dreams about this girl for months. can anyone help me here???
