Victorious, ICarly, Degrassi and Skins Appropriate for Kids ?

I've heard a little bit about these shows, but I've never seen them. Anyway, my 8 year old cousin is coming to stay with me for a little bit and she told me she's interested in watching the shows, I've listed above. Are they appropriate for kids her age ? Is there any inappropriate content ?
