First of all, you cannot enter any higher level schools/universities until you turn 18. Secondly, most of the degree programmes here are in Finnish, so you indeed must start learning the language for real. The studies in your home country are unfortunately quite incomparable for the Finnish study system, so I'm afraid they will not affect your studies here in any way.
